Brent was born and raised in Lincoln. And attended the University of Nebraska with a degree in Civil Engineering and received his Masters of Business Administration from Regis University.  Brent has bought, ran, and sold multiple businesses.  Brent teaches classes on investing, corporate structure, and tax advantages.  Brent’s background in Business Management, Engineering, Operation, Sales, People/Process/Systems, and Real Estate give him a well rounded and diverse background.

Steve has successfully owned and operated a variety of businesses, including Coldwell Banker and Scooter’s Coffee franchises, a regional bank (NBC Bank), and several service-oriented companies: RTS Title, A-1 Total Pest Control, and NHS Commercial Property Management. His deep expertise in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate development, coupled with hands-on ownership and management of his own commercial properties, has made him a trusted advisor to business owners buying and selling commercial real estate and businesses.

In addition to his real estate and service-sector ventures, Steve spent over 30 years in the Agricultural industry, working with industry leaders Bayer Crop Science and ServiTech, where he honed his understanding of Midwest agriculture and rural economies.

A proud alumnus of the University of Nebraska (undergraduate) and Friends University (master’s degree), Steve has leveraged his education and extensive experience to champion business development and economic growth across the region. Known for his strategic vision, operational discipline, and commitment to community prosperity, Steve continues to mentor emerging entrepreneurs and invest in opportunities that strengthen the Midwest business landscape.
